Here's another attempt of creating a clearly-shaped figure in Apophysis 3D. I have created 2 insects before [link] and [link] so I thought I try a different figure this time.

What I do is start with a new page, then start working, every time I want a new shape, I hit the new triangle button, or the duplicate triangle button if I want to make copies of one shape- in this case the diamonds on the wings. I just keep on working, then I'll just be surprised when I see how many triangles I've been working with.
