It did not turn out like I planned it, Apophysis won't allow me to add more triangles upon reaching 100, so I could not add wings and legs.

ok, so here's what you do... make the wings and etc. seperately and put them together in photoshop or other image editing program...

yeah I thought about that, but then, I figured that making it into a fractal collage would be unoriginal, so I just stuck to my own style of making figures from a single flame

That's cookin with gas!

Yeah, I ran into the 100 limit too, very boring.

Love this, it's definitely the direction I want to take these methods.

Great dragon too, maybe a sea serpent as you couldn't do the wings.

I agree about collages. There's so much more satisfaction in making it all in one flame, plus advantages of running other scripts over it.

I do the odd collage combination of flames sometimes [link] , but the real challenge is doing it all in one. Apophysis blows me away, so much potential & diversity!

Serpent-yes, something that lives in a volcano perhaps...

I can't make fractals that look really complex and intricate like your [link] and [link] so I told myself to come up with something different to do with Apophysis- creating figures from a single flame... and that's why I continue creating these type of fractals...
